Are you looking for a beautiful place to retire your horse with individualized care and small herds on acres of grassy pastures? Does your off-the-track Thoroughbred need time off before beginning his new career? Is your horse recovering from an injury and in need of a period of stall rest or a private, small paddock? Or are you looking for a quieter, more boutique experience in lieu of a commercial barn?

Our eight-acre farm is located just 72 miles from NYC’s George Washington Bridge. It has beautiful grassy fields with run-in sheds overlooking the Shawangunk mountains, and a four-stall barn. We only take on a small number of boarders at a time, allowing us to give your horse highly individualized care and attention. Your horse will have his own stall during the hottest (and buggiest) weather and snowiest winter days, but will otherwise enjoy full turnout with a buddy or a small herd in our grassy paddocks and well-draining stone dust sacrifice paddocks, and well-constructed run-in sheds for shelter.

Full board includes: Nutrena grain, free choice second-cutting timothy/orchard/clover/brome grass hay, deworming (with annual fecal test), multiple daily health checks and basic first aid, blanket changes, fly spray application, grooming and baths, photos and video updates, and tons of love, special attention, and carrots.

We also have a 20 x 40 meter (60’ x 132’) outdoor riding arena. We can lunge your horse or keep him in light work. Training is available with our network of area professionals (beginner lessons, hunter/jumper, dressage, endurance, natural horsemanship, starting race and pleasure/competition horses of all disciplines.) The neighboring farm has a galloping track available for use.
